The "Actor" has been manufactured by "Boatman" for both carp and predator anglers who are looking for a compact and powerful feed boat at a reasonable price. Both hoppers have a combined 1500g bait capacity. This boat offers the possibility to deliver your pre-bait and hook bait accurately, to your target swim. It was built with durability in mind and has a sturdy hull with position lighting via colored LED strips and a large carry handle in the middle.
All boats come with a 12 month Ireland based warranty. The screwed hull allows for easy maintenance, but must not be opened or modified during this 12 month period.
Hoppers -
The Actor has a large hopper in the middle of the boat, which can hold about 1000g of dry bait. The rear hopper 500g. Press the release button on the transmitter and the flap opens, releasing hook link at the same time if necessary. The Rear Hopper now comes with an integrated line guard slot!
Night-time -
The Actor is equipped with front and rear LED lights for night operation. They are recessed into the top of the boat to avoid shining directly on the water. Nevertheless they illuminate possible obstacles. The front LED is white and the rear LEDs are red, so you can always see in which direction the boat is pointing. There is an LED switch to turn off the LEDs during the day.
Battery and Extended use -
The supplied 5AH rechargeable battery is capable of providing up to 2.5 hours use. This corresponds to using the boat e.g. 100 x 50m back and forth. If this is not enough, there is an easily accessible battery cover, which allows you to replace the battery with a new one quickly. The 230V charger is easy to use and is included. The MK4 battery gives you the option to charge the remote control or even your mobile phone (USB lead needs to be purchased).
A 10AH battery can be purchased separately.
Low voltage warning -
There is an indicator on the top of the fuselage.
Quiet drive system -
The engines and the propeller are optimized to keep noise levels as low as possible so as not to disturb the fish. Each propeller is surrounded by a large guard to prevent the intake of grass or other debris that could impede the propellers.
Easy maintenance -
The Actor was developed with a modular design in mind. This allows you to easily maintain your boat and replace parts yourself.
